Stripe processes coin-pack payments. Novel Harbor does not store full card numbers. Hosting, security, analytics, email, and advertising providers may process limited data according to their own policies.

Digital Content and Final Sales
Coin packs and digital content are generally final once coins are credited or content is unlocked. A refund may be considered for a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, or a service failure that prevented delivery and could not be corrected.
Refund Requests
Requests must include the account email, transaction date, payment provider, and reason. A change of mind or dissatisfaction after coins have been spent normally does not qualify. Provider processing fees and timing may affect the final result.
