Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Accounts used for fraud, scraping, harassment, or unauthorized distribution may be suspended.
Payments and Billing
Coin packs are one-time purchases processed by the displayed payment provider. The price and number of coins are shown before checkout. You are responsible for applicable bank, tax, or conversion fees.
Digital Content Delivery
Coins are credited to the purchasing account after payment verification. A chapter unlocked with coins remains available to that account, subject to legal removal, platform termination, or circumstances required by law. Access is not transferable.
Intellectual Property
The Novel Harbor name, site code, layout, and original platform material are protected. Original novel and artwork rights remain with their respective owners. No purchase transfers ownership of content.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not scrape or republish chapters, bypass access controls, share paid access, attack the service, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, or abuse community features.
Termination and Refunds
We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. Refund eligibility is governed by the Privacy and Refund Policy and applicable law. Termination does not erase obligations created before termination.
Content Disclaimer
Serialized and translated material may contain errors, mature themes, or later editorial changes. We may revise formatting, terminology, schedules, and quality when useful to the work.
Liability and Changes
